Job applications

To apply for any vacancy, your CV and a covering letter, giving detail of how your skills and experience fit what we are looking for, to recruitment@ridgeway.net

Please clearly state the position you are applying for.  If you are applying for a design position, a copy of your design portfolio will also be required.

Selection process

You will be asked to complete a skills and experience assessment and/or attend a first interview. Further information will be sent to you if are being considered for the role.

Formal interviews will take place at our Witney offices (Ridgeway, Two Rivers, Witney, OX28 4BH) and the panel will consist of at least one Company Director and others with relevant HR or management roles.

During the selection process you will have a chance to look around the studio and meet the team.

References

You need to provide us with the name and contact details of two referees on your CV. We will consult you before taking these references up. At least one of your referees must be your current or most recent employer.

Job offer

A full job description and terms and conditions of employment will be supplied to the successful candidate when a job offer is made.
