One of the UK’s leading vehicle valeting companies, Star Valeting Group, have launched a bespoke online job management system.  Designed and developed by Oxfordshire-based web agency, Ridgeway, the solution provides Star and their clients with a single solution for booking, scheduling, managing and reporting of valeting jobs.

The fully bespoke system allows each client to submit a job request for a specific day and time and have it scheduled automatically with the appropriate valeter.  Star’s valeters and regional managers are then provided with a detailed view of the jobs allocated to them. 

Full reports of jobs completed and the associated costs are provided to both clients and Star’s own management team, improving clarity and efficiency will billing and issue rectification.

Developed in four weeks from start-to-finish, Ridgeway’s design and development teams have worked hard to deliver a solution and user interface which is easy to use with little or no training necessary.
