A series of product demos and online tutorials which help sell and increase usage of BMJ Group’s healthcare products

The brief

Ridgeway were approached by TBI Communications, working on behalf of BMJ Group, needing a solution that would allow BMJ to promote a range of products designed to inform practitioners, medical students and nurses within the healthcare sector.

What we did

Using our proprietary product demo software, Ridgeway created a series of bespoke demos to present BMJ Group’s Best Practice and Action Sets products in a manner suited to the target audience.

As well as constructing the demos, we helped select, book and brief voiceover artists, recording sessions and backing music, ultimately presenting BMJ with a packaged electronic product demo ready for distribution.

The results

In total, Ridgeway have created nine different product demos in eleven languages, each tailored the needs of key markets around the world, including the US, China and Europe.

All of the demos are interactive, allowing users to skip forward and back at their leisure and can be presented to the user through a normal web browser or distributed on CD/DVD.

The demos continue to be an essential sales and training tool for BMJ Group’s range of healthcare products.

Ridgeway took on board some complex requirements and came up with helpful ideas for structuring the videos in a way that was intuitive and attractive for our audiences. They provided us with a comprehensive service at a competitive price
