The brief
Kemp & Kemp are an Oxford estate agency who pride themselves on their ability to compete with (and beat) larger, national brands in the local property market. They approached Ridgeway looking for a web agency able to help them deliver innovative design and web solutions, but at a cost-effective price.
They needed a web agency able to support their residential sales, lettings and commercial businesses with web, email marketing and print services, targeting both vendors and buyers in equal measure and delivering to tight deadlines.
What we do
After an initial planning, design and development phase to deliver the Residential business a full estate agency web site, complete with property listings, search and property portfolio functionality, Ridgeway have built a strong, on-going relationship with the different areas within the Kemp & Kemp business. We now provide an on-going day-to-day service to help maintain and update the web site, deliver monthly email newsletters and create newspaper advertising as required.
As well as day-to-day support, we carry out a rolling programme of updates which bring new ideas to life and keep Kemp & Kemp ahead of their national and local competitors. Above all, we understand the importance of the Kemp & Kemp brand in positioning themselves as ‘not just run-of-the-mill estate agents’ and everything we do is geared to support this aspiration.

As a result of the work we’ve done and the manner in which the web site has been designed, Kemp & Kemp’s web site is ranked amongst the top 3 agents in Oxford constantly for primary target phrases and amongst the top 10 agents for a large number of related phrases.
As a result, a high volume of good quality users visit the web site each day which in turn delivers high quantities of new enquiries from vendors and prospective buyers alike. We’ve also ensured the web site they visit is visually appealing, easy to navigate and unmistakeably Kemp & Kemp.
