The brief

One of the world’s leading watch brands, Rotary Watches manufacture a range of mid and upper market timepieces sold in thirty five countries around the world. Their brands include Rotary Watches, Dreyfuss & Co and J & T Windmills.

With a small internal marketing team, Rotary need an agency partner able to deliver a complete service to plan, design, develop and support their global web sites and work pro-actively with them to devise and run online campaigns.

What we do

Ridgeway provide Rotary with a day-to-day service which utilises every aspect of our web design and digital marketing capabilities. We’ve planned, designed, developed and continue to support six separate B2C & B2B web sites which serve consumers and channel partners around the world.

As well advising and executing large-scale projects, we also undertake regular updates to the web sites supporting marketing campaigns and business activities, as well as helping to plan and execute specific online marketing activities as required.

The Rotary Watches web sites remain some of the most innovative in the sector.  Featuring stunning designs tailored to their individual target audiences, multi-lingual content which updates according to the user's location and full ecommerce capabilities in those territories in which Rotary sell direct to the consumer, the web sites continue to underpin both the brand and the business.

Rotary’s B2B solutions also continue to be a key component of their supply chain.  These integrated solutions allow retailers of all sizes to order additional stock through the web site with order and fulfilment data passed directly to Rotary’s Microsoft Dynamics NAV system.
